The apartment's in a great location, super convenient for city living with everything within walking distance. The walls and floors are good, but it does get noisy, especially with the echoing trash bin noise from China town. The shared laundry area is a good place to bump into neighbors, though the rooftop pool can get overcrowded in the summer. 50/50 if I would recommend this place if I'm honest

Hardly spoke to them everyone kept to them selves, the only time I would speak or see someone was when we did the laundry - the floor has a shared laundry area.
Estate Agent Relationship
Pretty responsive from what I can remember, however, we didn't really have any issues.
Best Aspect
I would say location, if you want to be by the city then this is a good spot.
Most Challenging Aspect
It has a swimming pool on the roof, but during summer times it's packed, very unlikely to find a spot, it's also pretty small. As the apartment backs onto China town, during the week when bins are emptied the noise echos through and it wakes you up, honestly the sound of breaking glass being tipped into a garbage truck is the worst!
